I am facing a unique problem for the last few years. If I sit in the AC environment for a long time or If i get cold I get a pain at the back of the head and I am not able to sleep and it would last for a few days and then it gets fine.WIth the pain the back muscles also get weak and they gradullay get better within 2 to3 days.
I recently suffered a lower back pain due to carrying a heavy load, while i was carrying i felt a shock in lumbar area and immediately the pain ran down to my right leg, I could not walk normaly, now after few days the pain of leg has gone but the pain of the lumbar area got worse and any movement will cause pain. I dont know what to do now, I am having rest.
