Hello

My mother, Nasima Akther age 52 years lives in Bangladesh. She complained of a small painless lump in her right breast for 1 month, and after consulting the doctor underwent a right breast lumpectomy in Feb 2011. The FNAC done prior to the operation indicated no malignancy, and the tissue biopsy after surgery showed fibrocystic change only. Unfortunately after the surgery she acquired post-operative infections which took approximately 4 months to heal. After that she underwent hormonal therapy with Danamet 100mg and Prima 1000. But then she complained of a gradually developing pain in her right breast and also in her right arm. She also noticed that the right breast swelling had developed again and was larger than 5 cm. Following that in Dec 2011 another FNAC was done and she was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma of rt breast with rt axillary lymphadenopathy. She has been advised further laboratory investigations to assess the stage of her condition, but we want to take her to India for treatment without further delay so we havedecided to conduct all investigation procedures there. We were suggested by an acquaintance about your hospital, and after browsing your website and having a live chat session with your helpline I am considering seeking your serves. Before that you can perhaps evaluate my mother's condition and assist me with further necessary suggestions, and also give me an estimate of the total treatment plan and costs. I am also attaching some reports and documents which include a summary of the patient's disease and suggested tests advised by the doctor we consulted a week ago, and histopathological and cytopathological reports throughout the disease course, which will probably assist your doctors in reaching a decision.

I await your kind and swift reply.

Yours sincerely
Riton
