Mr. B. Ahmed Hajee Mohiudeen has been a resident of Thumbay since the last 40 years. It is his vision and wish that Thumbay should have a full-fledged hospital offering good medical treatment to the residents of Thumbay & neighboring villages. His experience in the field of Education, industry & social Service are the basic pillars of this project. The Hon ble President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalaam, in his address to the nation on the Republic day on 26th January 2005, has stressed the necessity to provide Basic Medical Care to the Rural Poor. All these aspects inspired him to start a Hospital and Training Institute under the Trust
