Pr. S.R.Mohanty did my surgery for slipped disc on 28/05/2011 at Kasturaba Hospital, manipal. Many investigations were done before the surgery, reports are not given to me. Can I get the reports? by email. I need them for claiming the insurance. I live in Dubai.
I had send skin biospy sample to ur KMH in HO Dept, Dept of Skin and STD on 22/11/2011, vide DD no. 180466 of rs. 1000.00 . The patient name is Parag Naik and admitted in Goa Medical College , Bambolim-Goa. I pls request u kindly mail the report at the earliest also send the reports by post at the earliests.

My daughter Shreya got orthopaedic surgery begore 3 years. But i used to take follow up for 6 months. They given prescription for Bilateral X-ray. From 10 am to till 5 o' clock i waited in the x-ray room. I really depressed from that event. Like me so many patients are also feel bad towards the scanning dept. Then Dr. Hithesh came around 5.30. Please dont do like this. This is for your kind consideration.
