undergone Laminoctomy L4L5 disectomy L5S1 in Aug 10 difused disc L5S1 still compressing and numbness in feet can disc be replaced

from last 7 yrs m sufferring with phorisis arthritis in my right hip joint , that's why m unable to walk properly, unable to climb stairs and more..... some doctor advised me to replace this right hip joint.In present my age is 32 yrs ..... i want to know that what the cost of this surgery , & how how much time will i take rest after this surgery , or surgery is the only option or more options are available to cure this...... pls let me know......
