Dear Sir,

Attached are documents pertaining to my father's current treatment. He is residing at Raipur (Chhattisgarh) and getting treatment there. After getting the prescribed medicines, he became weaker than as he was in the past days. Also he faces the problems in walking, taking food, water, controlling on his poop & pee, adjustment with the surrounding, etc. He is 67 yrs old. Hence we are very much worried/ confused that whether the medicines prescribed are ok for him or not. Whether the medicines producing any side effects?

We seek your expert advise about the treatment, which is going on based on the CT-Scan dtd 16-Aug-10 & MRI dtd 17-Mar-11.

Sir my child is 5.5 year old in 30 march 2011.his Eye right side get twist with right leg and hand also .made CT scan and found the larwa got dead on brain (sist) we have continue in treatment .after 7 months letter he found Doora (Fids) two time in one week interwel.kindly suggest best Goverment hospital in nCR
