My Patient’s Profile are as follows : Dear Sir , Please find report’s of Mr. Abdur Razzak (75) with a history of ischemic stroke in last april, 2011, as diagnosed by local doctor and was referred to Dr. Deen Mohammad the eminent neurologist in Dhaka who also treated on the basis of the C.T scan (done on 11.05.2011). Not finding any development again the patient was admitted to the clinic of Dr, Deen Mohammad and Suggested M.R.I. (done on 11.06.2011) and referred to Dr. Khandakar kawsar (Neuro Surgeon ) who also suggested to have another M.R.I.(done on 15.05.2011) after reviewing the M.R.I. Dr. kawser said that there is nothing related to his speciality. Now the condition of the patient deteriorated further with no ability to walk at all, Dr. Deen Mohammad said that his nerve from brain to leg is not working. When the patient was stroke (if really ) he was quiet ok and had no problem to walk, But after medication and admitted to the clinic deteriorated quickly . Now please kindly have an assessment of this case , if there is any advance treatment and what may be costing .
