Good Morning.
My Age is 28 years,Height-5ft 11inch,Weight-89 Kgs.I have bad history of health related issue.Now i am suffering from Knee Injury.In 2001 i had a Slip Disc.Due to incorrect treatment and expirementing on my body with all types of techniques that doctors knew(did show to more than 50 doctors in bhubaneswar and cuttack).From that have not recovered till now.Now i am suffering from Knee Injury.I am Unable to walk,Run,Cycle for long distance.It pains a lot.If i climb 2 or 3 steps then i get acute pain in my knee and pain starts flowing from Waist to feet at much faster rate as compared to when i walk or cycle.I have shown to Ayurvedic doctors but the process is very slow and they asked me not to avoid cycling and walk slowly which is not possible.I need to do due to my office shifts(i work during the night).So Please suggest

there are white spots (vertigo)in both legs of my son whose age is approx . 11 years. Two medicines melanosil liquid(ointment) & methoxalene tab, he takes as per child doctor. He does not take regularly this medicines. Can he take these medicine regularly & for how long . please suggest me.
