My sister is 45 years old , she has mental sickness since last 32 years. How should we keep her busy. We are residing in west Delhi.
1) Is there any Councillor who can visit home couple of times in a week.
2) Any institute in west Delhi where she can develop her skills and kept busy couple of hours in a day.

Urgent need please help..

sir my brother is suffering from bipolar disorder and he is getting the treatment at MAX HOSPITAL GURGAON by Dr. Puneet Diwedi but there is no significant change in his mood and he is become more panic and dout a lot on his wife , plz tell me a very good Doctor in DELHI/ NCR for his treatment.
