Yogurt restoring normal amounts of potassium and sodium. You can use yogurt with 1 tsp fenugreek powder in dehydration condition.
Take a cup of buttermilk along with1 tsp fenugreek powder or ½ tsp of dry ginger three to four times in a day to treat chronic dehydration. It helps to restore the minerals and electrolyte.
A banana is good for restoring potassium that has lost up during dehydration. You can also have banana soothies.
Elderflower reduces the symptoms of dehydration by lowering the body temperature. It is also used in reducing sunburn, bronchial ailments, along with encouraging perspiration, which cools the body.
