An Ayurvedic remedy effectiveness is immense all we need is to tap nature immense potential to grab a healthy and beautiful skin. Here is an herbal guide for naturally fresh, fair and glowing skin. 

Ayurvedic tips for glowing skin

1. Lemon

The citric acid and vitamin C present in lemon in one of the best content for getting glowing skin. Citric acid clear skin by removing dead cells and its vitamin C content helps reduce dark spots.

  • One tsp lemon juice with two tsp honey. Apply it on your face, for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.
  • Two tsp lemon juice with crushed sugar. Apply the mixture on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. 
  • Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.
  • 2. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has antibacterial and inflammatory properties which clear out the bacteria that cause acne and soothe irritated skin, and it also have astringent properties that help to heal scars. Plus, aloe vera stimulates new skin cell growth.

  • Apply the extracted gel of aloe vera on face for half an hour than risen it off. Apply it regularly thrice a week.

3. Papaya & Honey

Mash the papaya pieces with honey and apply it on the face. Leave it for 15 min. Then rinse off.

4. Green Apple

Green apple have property to make skin radiant and fair, by circulating the blood well.

  • After peeling the apple grind it with some drop water. Apply this paste on face for 10 minutes and then risen off with water.

5. Olive Oil/coconut oil/jojoba oil.

Regular  facial massage with any of this oil will provide you an instant glow.

6. Eggs & Honey

Take egg white in a bowl. Now, add 1 tsp honey and mix it well. Apply it on face and leave for 15 minutes. 

7. Turmeric Powder and Orange Juice

Take orange juice to form a paste .Add 2 tsp of turmeric powder. Apply it on your face and gently massage in a circular motion. Leave for 20 minutes. 

5 Ayurvedic face pack for glowing skin

1. Banana face pack

  • Half  banana
  • 2 tbsp of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Take all these 3 ingredients in a bowel mix them well. Apply on face as a mask leave it for 15 min then wash it with water.

2. Sandalwood face pack

  • 1 tsp rose oil
  • Sandalwood paste
  • Buttermilk 
  • Gram flour

Take all these ingredients in a bowel mix them well. Apply on face as a mask leave it for 15 min then wash it with water.

3. Sesame Seeds Pack

  • sesame seed paste.
  • few drops of apple cider vinegar.

Take all these ingredients in a bowel mix them well. Apply on face as a mask leave it for 15 min then wash it with water.

4. Besan and Turmeric Powder

  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp besan
  • Water to make paste

Take all these ingredients in a bowel mix them well. Apply on face as a mask leave it for 15 min then wash it with water.

5. Lavender oil Face Pack

  • some lavender oil, 
  • Two teaspoon of gram flour (besan),
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Butter/fresh cream.

Take all these ingredients in a bowel mix them well. Apply on face as a mask leave it for 15 min then wash it with water.

Regime for Glowing Skin

  • Do Physical and Breathing Exercises
  • Avoid spicy and oily food
  • Avoid Stress and Strain
  • Keep Your Skin Hydrated 
  • Use homemade product for cleansing
  • Get enough rest and sleep
  • Boost up your immunity by having dairy products
  • Provide Right Food to Your Skin.
  • Add fruits and salad in your diet.
