What are Bruises on Skin | Home Remedies for Bruises

Many of us get bruises on skin and even some of us get this very frequently. Bruises are nothing, but black or blue marks that we find in our skin, which might occur after a trauma like a cut, scratch or anything similar like a blow to the area of the skin. The injuries from cuts or scratches cause tiny blood vessels known as capillaries to burst. This, in turn, causes the blood to get trapped below the surface of the skin. These are called as bruises and some of us get bruises on skin after scratching and bruises can be sometimes painful . Some people will have frequent bruises as compared to others and there are different reasons stated for the same like their age, diabetes, pale skin, family history, certain medications, the excessive strain caused due to heavy workouts, sun damage and blood disorders.
