Some medication or wrong or excessive medication can also cause skin allergy. A research says that 10 % of people are allergic to penicillin.

5. Food and non food items:
Some rare people in this world are allergic to some food items it can be anything such as cow's milk, eggs, peanuts, fish, shellfish and etc. whereas some are allergic to non food item such as pollen, latex , ash, detergent, chemical sprays, powders.

Ayurvedic remedy for skin allergy
One of the most common symptoms of skin allergies is itching patient may or may not have a strong urge of scratching, but remember one thing that scratching can spread it to the other parts of the body. Just use these home remedies to get rid of skin allergies without using the expensive creams.
• Sandalwood
Take ¼ bowl of limejuice and add sandalwood powder to make a paste and apply it on the affected area. It helps reducing itching of the skin as well as cures skin allergies.
• Apple Cider Vinegar
Raw and organic apple cider vinegar provides excellent results on skin rashes and calms the itching. Acetic acid present in it helps to fight skin infections that aggravate the problem.
Take aACV in acotton ball and apply it on the affected area. Then Leave it on for a few minutes, and then remove it.
Repeat it 4-5 times in aday.
• Oatmeal
Oatmeal contains avenanthramides a compound that reduce inflammation. You can add oatmeal to your bath, or make a poultice.
• Fresh Basil Leaves
Basil leaves contains camphor and thymol it is an anti-itch compounds. During bug bites, just rubbing the leaf onto the skin satisfies the compulsive urge to scratch.
Just wash the leaves before Crushingand rubbing directly onto the skin.
• Baking Soda
Baking soda helps in moisturising dry out skin rashes. Plus, it subside the itching and inflammation symptomsalong with rashes.
Add 1tsp baking soda to 3tsp water or coconut oil. Apply the mixture and leave it for few minutes then risen it off.
Note: Do not leave baking soda on your skin for too long because it may cause further irritation
