Taking citrus fruits, particularly amla can be of great help in strengthening immune system. Nowadays, amal ras is available in market and if you cannot get fresh fruits, you can opt for this and can achieve the best functioning of your immune system.

Homeopathic medicines:

You can also take homeopathic medicines like Influenzinum 200 and Pyrogenium 200. Even though, these are not specific for H1N1, they can prevent common cold and flu. These can be taken as 5 tablets for three times a day or two or three drops three times a day.
