Initial 10 minutes:

As soon as the drink is consumed, 10 spoons of sugar hit the system, which is 100% more than the recommended sugar intake in the case of normal humans. We do not immediately vomit because of the excessive sweetness and the reason is that the phosphoric acid reduces the flavor.

This leads to increase in blood pressure level and this will cause the liver to respond by dumping more sugar to the bloodstream. This happening generally will cause drowsiness, but it is not happening because the adenosine receptors in your brain will be blocked at this stage, thereby preventing drowsiness.

Within 45 minutes:

During this time, your body will increase the production of dopamine, thereby triggering the pleasure centres in your brain. This activity is similar to that of heroin in the human body.

Within an hour:

There will be a boost in metabolism as the phosphoric acid binds zinc, magnesium and calcium in your lower intestine. This will also lead to excretion of calcium through urine.

After one hour:

At this stage, the diuretic properties of calcium will get into picture, thereby increasing your urine output. This in turn will make bounded calcium, zinc and magnesium that are taken to the bones and electrolyte, water and sodium will also function in the same way.

As the enthusiasm will be gone after one hour of drinking this drink, there will be sugar crash happening the body. You might also feel sluggish or irritable and literally, you might have expelled all the water content from your body in the form of urine.  But, before pervading the system with valuable nutrients your body could have already been used from things like ability to hydrate your body and ensuring the health of teeth and bones.
