Cucumber - The cucumber is one of the best vegetables for weight loss. It´s extremely low in calories and contains lots of water.
Broccoli – If your target is to lose weight, include plenty of broccolis in your diet. It contains less fat at all, and plenty of carbohydrate. This is slow-release carbohydrates, which is great for helping to keep your energy levels up.
Beans – The main thing about using them for weight loss is that it is rich source of protein and has lots of fibre. So exclude your meat intake and substitute all or some of it with beans instead.
Spinach - Spinach is another wealthy vegetable when you´re trying to lose weight. If we always avoid it, you can take by cooking it very lightly – spinach not required to cook too much. You can also use it raw in salads.
Carrots - Carrots is also included among vegetables for losing weight. So just think of all that beta-carotene and fibre!
Onions – Onion is also best option for losing weight it´s important to remember that we want to include lots of flavour so that our diet doesn’t get too boring. Onions are excellent option for adding taste to meals; it can be raw or cooked.
Celery is just like cucumber; celery is a vegetable and contains hardly any calories, so it´s great source for weight loss. It also gives fibre and protein as well. Celery is another vegetable that´s great option for eating raw, don´t try to entice to smother it with a creamy dip.
Peppers are known as brilliant option for weight loss. Do our diets fail because you have a craving for sweet foods? Red, yellow and orange peppers are very sweet, so can help to satisfy those cravings – and they´re great for providing Vitamin C also.
Alfafa sprouts are easy to grow at home, so you can have a constant supply of calorie-busting veggies. You can use them in stir-fries or in salads. It gives lots of vitamins and minerals as a bonus.
Leafy Green Vegetables
We already know spinach as wealthy vegetable and excellent for weight loss, and leafy green vegetables in general are very useful in achieving this aim. Green vegetables are low in calories but high in fibre and vitamins. Try kale, watercress, lettuce, Swiss chard and mustard greens.
There are lots of vegetables which are helpful in losing weight, but be careful to avoid the more calorific ones such as which may be healthy but has a high fat content.
