After many claims rose against Maggi, Nestle announced their withdrawal of the product from the market. The controversies were raised on the ground that this product has high levels of lead and Monosodium glutamate, which is getting popular among people as MSG. It can also lead to burning sensation, stomach pain, light headaches and constriction in chest as well. Even though, some people say that MSG is being targeted unfairly, the conclusion was that even when MSG alone cannot create these health issues, the reaction it can face when added to other food products in the dish can trigger these problems.
