Consumption of a handful of these seeds after each meal will bring down the chance of foul smell and these seeds will also enhance the digestive process.

Cardomom: Cardomom is rich in a substance known as cineol. This compound is of anti-septic nature and it helps in treatment of inflammation in gums. This can also lead to bad smell and eating cardamom in addition to curing the inflammation can also fight the bad smell.
