Introduction

Health care is an act of taking prevention from unwanted disease, injury, illness, and other mental and physical impairment in human body. This may be done with medicine, proper diet and alternation in person lifestyles. So the health care system is established to deal with the unwanted disease in human body. These services are typically offered through a health care system made up of hospitals and physicians.

As defined by World Health Organization (WHO), it is a "State of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Health is a dynamic condition resulting from a body's constant adjustment and adaptation in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an inner equilibrium called homeostasis. The health care system is made by three care primary care secondary care and territory care.
Primary care refers to the work of health professionals who act as a first point of consultation For all patients within the health care system.
Secondary care refers to the services provided by medical specialist and other health professionals who generally do not have contact with patients, for example cardiologists, urologists and dermatologists.
Tertiary care is specialized consultative heath care, usually for unpatients and on referral from a primary or secondary health professional, in a facility that has personnal and facilities for advanced medical investigation and treatement.eg.cancer management plastic surgery etc
They include many interventions of public health interest, such as food safety surveillance, distribution of condoms and needle-exchange programmes for the prevention of transmissible diseases.
While the definitions of the various types of health care vary depending on the different cultural, political, organizational and disciplinary perspectives, there appears to be some consensus that primary care constitutes the first element of a continuing health care process, that may also include the provision of secondary and tertiary levels of care.Healthcare can be defined as either public or private.
