What are The Important Low Calorie Foods for Weight Lose

Obesity has been considered one of the world's biggest plagues, leading to a climbing threat of health problems such as diabetes, blood pressure and high cholesterol.

There are many low calorie foods such as:

1. Leafy Greens

The fruit that deserves to be highlighted is grapefruit because its effects on weight control have been researched directly. In a study of 80 obese people, eating a fresh grapefruit before meals caused weight loss of 5 pounds (1.8 kg) over a period of 10 weeks So eating one a grapefruit before some of your daily meals may help you feel more satiated and eat fewer overall calories.

4. Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are among the best nutritious foods on the planet they do contain 15 grams of carbohydrate per ounce, which is high, but 11 of those grams are fibre. This makes it a low-carb friendly food, and one of the best sources of fibre in the world Although some studies have shown that chia seeds can help reduce appetite. 

5. Beans and Legumes

Some beans and legumes are the best low-calorie foods. They are essential and beneficial for the weight loss. Beans and Legumes include black beans, lentils,  kidney beans and others.

These foods are very rich in fibre and protein. The main problem is that a lot of people have the problem tolerating legumes. For this reason, it is important to prepare them properly.

6. Cruciferous Vegetables

The Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage. These vegetables are high in fibre and tend like other vegetables.  A combination of protein, fibre and low-calorie density makes cruciferous vegetables the perfect foods for losing weight.

7. Tuna

Tuna is another low-calorie food which is high protein food. Tuna is popular in the bodybuilders and fitness models who are on a cut. Because it's a good way to keep protein high with low calories and little fat. If you're trying to emphasise protein intake, then make sure to choose tuna canned in water, but not oil.
