The nutritional factors for improving  the brain power of your child means tomorrow you will smile a lot


Beans are another type of brain food. According to some sayings beans are very good for hearts and brains of the kids. This food stuff is also rich with elements like complex carbohydrates, energy from protein, vitamins, fibre and minerals. All these elements are very good sources for keeping energy level high. Other good choices of brain food, which come under the other category of bean, are pinto and kidney beans because they possess omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for growth as well the functions for our brain.

a) Colourful veggies are another variety brain food. The rich and deep colours are very good antioxidant source for keeping our brain cells healthy. The veggies which you must offer in your child’s diets are, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes and pumpkin you can also prepare soups or spaghetti sauces for your kid.

b) Baked sweet potato or its wedges are very good replacements of corn or potato chips. These superior replacements are equally good for snacking on the veggies like baby carrots or sugar snap peas.

c) Yogurt & milk are other sources of nutrition for your child. Vitamin B is very essential for the brain tissue’s growth and also for enzymes and for neurotransmitters. Both these type of nutrients i.e. milk and yogurt supply carbohydrates and proteins for our brain. All the dairy products are very good source of vitamin D, which are very much needed for children and teens rather than adults. Cheese sticks with low fat are also good source of calcium.

d) Meat or lean beef are also very good sources of brain food. These items are rich in iron, which is helpful for the kids to maintain energy and focusing in the school. Other thin iron, beef contains zinc, which is needed for enriching memory. If the kids are vegetarian, these important components can be derived from soy burgers and black bean. Some beans contain nonheme iron, needed for absorbing vitamin C. The kids can take these nutrients in their veggie burgers and add some beans in it. The good sources of vitamin C are orange juice, peppers and green chillies.    

e) Grilled black bean burgers or grilled lean-meat kabobs can be the good option for healthy & tasty alternatives to regular hotdogs and hamburgers for the kids’ next barbeque.

Children’s health

Taking care of the pediatrics or children’s health by focusing on their well-being is a matter of matter of importance. All aspects of children growth are really important for a child’s growth and development. A child is expected to grow and develop with full potential as a healthy person.

There was some time between 19th and 20th century when children’s health had the great significance of adult medicine. The study was the medical specialty; the reason being the gradual awareness about the differences in health problem of the grown-ups and the children.
