Too much eating means too much calorie intake that lead to piling up of unnecessary body elements for which you will remain unfit, rather put on weight and invite agonies for shedding these unwanted weight. If you do not shed the extra pound that you have wilfully or un-wilfully accumulated, you are sure to face uneasiness of your normal working and become victims of various minor or majordiseases. The obvious end result will be medical intervention and pinching your pocket too hard, which no body will do normally.
• Gift of foods as diets for our body: We get protein, minerals, vitamins and carbohydrates from our diets that make our body strong & healthy. You need to take lots of vegetables and fruits. Eggs & meats do add to the requirements of complete food, because all these are beneficial for our health. Milk must be one of the items for your diet. You must not take any full fat or similar types of foods. Full fat foods are fast foods, pizza and burgers.
• Gift of water as our body fluids: If you take plenty of water, it will help you to keep your body fitness. Since a large proportion of our body is constituent of water, it helps our (both women& men) body to function in proper way. You can get rid of constipations from water intake of at least 8-10 glasses of water in every day, I repeat every day 8-10 glasses of water can keep you fit & fine in many ways, by fulfilling the biological requirements of our body systems.
• Gift of our exercises, as the fitness input for our body:
• Both men & women must engage themselves in sports. Routine exercise and sticking to it is beneficial for both men & women.
• The common exercises which do not require any master trainer / instructors are running, swimming, cycling and walking, which are helpful in maintaining us in a strong & healthy way.
• By regular and continuous exercises, you can be free from harmful elements which might have caused due to digestion or foods you have taken. Importantly, if you love any sporting event, it is not only helping you to nurture your psychological factors, it is very good for improving your blood flow throughout your body system, and by virtue of it you can maintain your body fitness. All these tips are for both the sexes and also for all ages for leading a healthy life.
