Tips to Remove Dark Circles


We see dark circles even in beautiful faces and regardless of the level of beauty; these circles can make many of us feel awkward. There are many factors that contribute towards dark circles under eyes. We shall look into the few major contributors and also some tips to cure the dark circles.

Causes of Dark Circles:

When there is lesser iron content in the body, the haemoglobin that is responsible for carrying oxygen to the different parts of the body gets diluted. When this happens, the circles appear under the eyes as this area is highly sensitive.

Sun Damage:

As most of us know, the Sun is harsh on the skin, and when it comes to the most sensitive parts of the body like under eye skin, the Sun’s rays can be even harsher. The rays of the Sun can burst the blood vessels near the eyes and so it is better to use sunscreen lotion to protect from the harmful UV rays before getting out of your home.

Specs with thick glasses are also contributors towards dark eye circles. This is why it is common to find dark eye circles in people using thick glasses for several years.

Too Much Rubbing of Eyes:

The skin under the eyes is highly sensitive, and the blood vessels in this area are also too much sensitive. So, when you rub harsh, pressure will be given to the blood vessels under the eyes, and they will become strained. This, in turn, leads to black skin and dark circles.
