Cabbage Raita Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chopped cabbage(1/4)
  • Yogurt/ Fresh curd(1 cup)
  • Chopped green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • Jeera/Cumin powder as per required
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • pepper powder with 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

  • Cabbage is taken, and lemon is added to it. Set aside for 5 min.
  • Add cumin and salt to curd and whisk that.
  • Add green chilli, finely chopped cabbage and coriander leaves to the yoghurt/curd.
  • Mix them well.
  • Add pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
