Cabbage Soup Recipe
- Half finely chopped cabbage
- chopped onion(1)
- Garlic cloves(2)
- Chopped green onion(1/4)
- Finely sliced carrots(1/4)
- Tomato puree(1/4)
- Vegetable stock
- Olive/ Vegetable oil(1/2 tsp)
- Black pepper(crushed)
- Salt as per needed
- Add olive oil to the pan and heat it. Mix garlic and onion, until it turns translucent.
- After this mix tomato puree, vegetable stock, black pepper, salt, cabbage. Mix them in medium heat.
- Reduce the heat when it starts to boil and cook for 10-15 min till the cabbage and carrot get cooked.
- Turn off heat and transfer the soup to a different bowl to serve.
- Serve hot.
