Cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Half finely chopped cabbage
  • chopped onion(1)
  • Garlic cloves(2)
  • Chopped green onion(1/4)
  • Finely sliced carrots(1/4)
  • Tomato puree(1/4)
  • Vegetable stock
  • Olive/ Vegetable oil(1/2 tsp)
  • Black pepper(crushed)
  • Salt as per needed

Preparation

  • Add olive oil to the pan and heat it. Mix garlic and onion, until it turns translucent.
  • After this mix tomato puree, vegetable stock, black pepper, salt, cabbage. Mix them in medium heat.
  • Reduce the heat when it starts to boil and cook for 10-15 min till the cabbage and carrot get cooked.
  • Turn off heat and transfer the soup to a different bowl to serve.
  • Serve hot.
