  1. Wash potatoes and apples under the running water for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the eye part from the potatoes.
  3. Cut both of them into 4 to 5 pieces each.

  5. Serve the juice in the glass by with the help of sieve.
  6. The leftover white layer can be then boiled in a pot of boiling water. This is the layer of carbohydrate. Serve them after they form transparent appearance.
  7. Add sugar in the juice if needed.

If you have acidity today do not add apples.
