Tomato soup is a very popular tomato drink and healthy, which is prepared using the tomato and spices.

Recipe for Tomato Soup:


  • Half a kilo of ripe tomatoes
  • Half a litre of water
  • Half an onion
  • Two cloves of garlic.
  • A small pepper.
  • A carrot.
  • A bay leaf.
  • A few mint leaves.
  • A little parsley.
  • Pepper and olive oil


  1. First of all wash all the ingredients, all the vegetables. Now peel and finely chop the onion, carrot, pepper and garlic. Very easy.
  2. Once finely chopped, take a pot and add a little olive oil. Once it is hot, leave all the ingredients above to brown and cook, adding the laurel leaf and a little pepper. Put it on low heat.
  3. It is time to add the tomatoes. Clean them well, remove the stem and cut a cross in each one. That way your tasty juice comes out better.
  4. Once cut, we take them to a pot to boil next to the water they need. Allow them to boil and scale. Remember that if the tomatoes are ripe, your soup will be much-much tastier.
  5. Keep watching vegetables that are being poached with olive oil, making sure they do not stick or burn. Once the tomatoes are scalded, remove them, and let them cool. Once cool, remove the skin. Very simple as you see. What will we do now? Chop them. Chopping them very finite. Once ready, you can incorporate them next to the vegetables that you have already poached with olive oil, stirring everything well.
  6. Now add half a litre of water while still removing. Let them cook for at least 20 minutes over medium heat. You will see that little by little; it will take on an appetising red hue very attractive. You can add mint and parsley already. Remove the Laurel.
  7. After it, turn off the heat and pour it all over your blender to get a finite cream. When you serve it on the plate, it is great to decorate this tomato soup with a mint leaf. It is delicious!
